26A-

1) During this Spring semester I obtained a job at the survey research center for the BEBR at UF, and I believed that i could balance out the college workload, extracurriculars, and a job. Unfortunately I was wrong, and I sacrificed attending work for instead studying, going to events, and doing exams. Eventually all my missed shifts caught up to me and I had to resign. I failed in being able to manage my time and maintain a job during this semester.
2) I learned to always have a plan instilled when making a drastic change to your schedule and to manage time wisely because it is precious. I jumped into this job without a plan to solidify my schedule and to manage my time wisely.
3) Failure is hard, and it made me feel insufficient to being able to manage time, but this class changed the way I view failure. Failure is not a failure, it is a learning experience that can help me to better things the next time I am in a situation that is similar. So this taught me I need to learn to manage my time.
